The MCROA Italian Dinner was a success.
It was a great occasion to share food with friends.
Char Reeves was in charge of arranging the venue for the event. With the help of other residents, the place was tastefully decorated. Each table had a centerpiece welcoming the attendees. Every single corner of the room had some interesting Italian decoration motif. It was beautiful. Thank you to the people who helped Char.
As it happens in this type of event, the food was delicious and plentiful. Most of the pasta dishes were consumed. I tried two of the three different lasagna dishes and the penne. We have talented cooks in our community as the two lasagna dishes prepared by Crit Davis and Carol Young were delicious! Linda Dey’s marinara sauce was also a favorite
Thank you to the Board of Trustees for organizing this opportunity to socialize with our neighbors. Let’s do this more often.
